Noura Alomar

Biography

Noura Alomar is a third-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Her current research focuses on studying the intersection between computer security, software engineering and psychology. She received her MS degree in Software Engineering from the University of Southampton in the UK and her BS degree in Information Technology from King Saud University. She has accumulated knowledge on empirical software engineering, behavioral science and usable security from her experience working on a number of research projects. She has published in top-tier venues including the IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics, IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, and Computers in Human Behavior journals.
