Charlotte Yuan

Charlotte Yuan is a Nonresident Fellow with the AI Security Initiative at the Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity. Her research focuses on developing strategic policy recommendations for AI risk mitigation, AI infrastructure, and dual-use national security technologies. Charlotte has extensive experience advising public-sector projects and working across leading research institutions to translate complex policy issues into actionable recommendations. She holds a Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy, specializing in tech policy. Charlotte earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Sociology from Bryn Mawr College.
