Kaiting is currently studying Information Management and Systems at UC Berkeley School of Information with a focus on data science and machine learning. She is interested in analyzing user interaction data to improve trust and transparency in AI agent systems, particularly passionate about leveraging data science techniques to inform the design of responsible AI agents. Before UC Berkeley, she worked in data analytic roles at Uber and HP, where she developed and implemented strategies to optimize business performance and drive business growth.
